2:45 PM	CUSTOMER SHOWCASE: The 30-Second Rule: Building a Positive User Experience in BC in the Cloud	When designing a web page, you have 30 seconds to leave a positive impression on an end-user. Design choices become incredibly important to provide concise information for your audience to understand what they need to do in 30 seconds or less. In this presentation, we will showcase steps Fiserv has taken to get information and action required into the hands of our “low-use” tool users as fast as possible.
